Now that the system has begun to show up on the various BBS lists, I want to take this opportunity to welcome you to Quantum Rift! Regardless of whether you're visiting as a guest or have signed up for a user account, I appreciate you taking the time to check us out!

At the moment, the system is undergoing frequent changes as I modify the "out-of-the-box" Synchronet system to something a little more unique.

In the coming days, I hope to add Fidonet echos and netmail as soon as I receive confirmation of my application to join. I am also looking into some of the FTN-based Othernets, and if all goes as planned, maybe a few Usenet newsgroups will show up as well! I'm also planning on making file areas availible, as well as some door games.

If you never experienced a BBS back in the day, this system can look strange and confusing. I'll work on putting together a FAQ for those type of questions, but in the meantime, if you need assistance, please feel free to give me a shout!
