Fix mappings in Beeb and Prestel modes

In Beeb mode, receiving the byte on the left prints the one
on the right:

# -> #
_ -> Ä
` -> œ

In Prestel:
# -> œ
_ -> #
` -> Ä

Keyboard mappings adjusted so what you press is what you see.
